I called Ott Electrical Services with serious concerns about my electrical problem and they were there the next morning! Scott and Brian came to my home these two men were so professional,polite and friendly. They did an amazing job with fixing my problem. I am so grateful for them Thank you guys!!! I would highly recommend them!!!
Wonderful to deal with! Came in we went over all the issues they went to the truck and wrote up multiple estimates depending on if it was going to be a level 1 fix or a level 2. Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable technicians, will definitely only deal with them again if we need them.
Excellent company! They explain everything that is needed to complete a job and give a written estimate; kind, courteous, professional. They are always on time and keep you updated throughout the process, and clean up when they are finished. They understand what customer service is all about!
