The instructors are well trained and variations are encouraged. The studio itself is beautiful in the old silk mill that has such good energy. I enjoy practicing here every weekend.

I can't say enough about one love yoga. They nurture a kind and accepting environment, so if you are nervous about starting a yoga practice you will feel nothing but acceptance here. The instructors cue clearly and will help in your understanding of the poses. And finally, the people that regularly attend One Love are awesome. If you choose this studio you will never want to leave
