I'm 5 weeks into the muscle moxie class and it's everything I've been looking for! I've enjoyed yoga over the years but I wanted something that would push me with exercise and strength. Sherry Rose is a wonderful instructor with both determination and kindness. Everyone at this facility is welcoming and genuine. I very much look forward to these sessions and only wish they were more than once a week lol

If you’re searching for a non-judgmental and friendly yoga studio, search no more. As a beginner I was welcomed with open arms and friendly teachers and students. The classes are wonderful for all levels. Love this place!!!!

I really love this yoga studio and *almost* everything is perfect about it. I would come in on a regular basis if there were more mat classes offered some time between 3pm & 6pm on weekdays (typical after-work times) or after noon on weekends. Honestly, I feel like this would be great for business as well, as the after-work mat classes I *have* attended are always crowded! I would also love to go to restorative more, but 7:15-8:15pm is too late on a weekday. Thanks for reading my input :)
