We feel we received five-star service from Bath Fitters once again. Our service rep arrived and completed service in a timely manner. We would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone we know needing a bathroom/shower makeover. They stand behind their work and their warranty.
We purchased a bath fitter in 2022, and the tub/shower has been great. We replaced an old, broken fiberglass tub that was likely the same when the house was built in the 1960s. It was a big improvement. We had minor issues with the caulking and the shower handle, but the warranty covered it, and they came out promptly and fixed it. I recommend them.
