The only reason its not one star is because they did help me out when I needed it. HOWEVER I have never been late on a payment thus far and wanted to check to see if maybe I could overall change my payment date after I paid the next month. Whoever I talked to (was a women) had an attitude immediately and started going on about how they can repo my car and this and that and how I better make my payment on time. I've never been late. However I can't wait to get out of this contract. Never dealt with somebody so unprofessional. I honestly just hung up. I won't be talked to that way over something that small. It was a simple question?

I appreciate the financing that Auto Loan provided. However, I have to pay **** every time I call in and make my payment because their website has been down for a year. Which I make two payments a month equals ****** a year ****** is receiving. Unfortunately, I dont think thats acceptable. Also the ladies that answer the phone are very rude and act like its an inconvenience to make a payment.

I have had two loans through this company. They specialize in providing loans to people who have credit challenges. If you take a loan from them be advised that you should do so with the intention to establish/fix your credit by making ALL payments on time, not a single day after the due date.

I have never had a problem with them and am grateful they were able to help me given the situation I was in when I borrowed from them. My only complaint is that they charge for online and phone payments.
