ARC Contracting of Ohio llc is highly recommended for roofing needs. Customers describe the company as honest, fair, and very helpful. The team handled everything from initial inspection to finalizing insurance payments after storm and hail damage. One customer noted that contacting ARC before the insurance company was the best decision. The company helped every step of the way and always responded quickly to every concern. Quality work is top notch, with houses looking beautiful after repairs. A complete roof tear off and shingled job took one day, and a complete siding tearoff and replace took two days. The shingles are perfect and the pop of color makes a house stand out. Crews worked fast and did a great job cleaning up. The owner came to inspect the job himself. Everyone dealt with was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Scheduling was a challenge due to Cleveland's crazy weather, but the team stayed in touch and did their best to get the job completed as soon as the schedule allowed. The company is described as super friendly, with straight up honesty and integrity that spoke volumes. Customers plan to hire them again and would definitely use them for any type of roof work.
Sean and ARC roofing are the absolute best. Our house had storm damage and I contacted them before my insurance and it was the best decision I made. They helped every step of way and wow. They made it happen. These guys are in it for their customers. Sean always responded quickly and was on top of every single concern we had. Look at this siding job! 💥 Absolute top notch quality. Thanks for everything. I’ll spread the word if I hear of someone in need.
We highly recommend Keegan and his team at ARC! They were fantastic from dealing with the insurance company, to the repairs that were made to our roof. Honest, fair and very helpful! We would definitely use them again if we were ever in need of any type of roof work. Thank you for all the help and we greatly appreciate you!
