We always receive fast, friendly service at Great Clips - Johnstown. The online/app check-in is simple and efficient, especially with the multiple monsters whose manes we must tame! The stylists keep client notes so we can get the same look or modify the plan next time. The shop is in a convenient location; it's always clean; and the price is right. We see a lot of the same stylists each time we visit which keeps things familiar for our shy little ones. GC-J provides hair services for all genders and ages. We have not purchased hair products, but the shop does offer a variety of brands and formulas.

This time it was good, only because I signed in online.Last time was horrible, I forgot to sign in online. When I arrived I was told to have a seat so I waited about 15 minutes, then was told it would be a little while, as people came in got their cuts left more came in. So after about an hour I decided to leave. After they told me it would be awhile, that's the last thing anyone said to me until I was leaving.DON'T HAVE A SIGN UP OUTSIDE SAYINGWALK INS WELCOME, IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO CALL ON THEM TO GET THEIR HAIR CUT.!!
