I am here to warn you about building with Wayne Homes. Do not do it! I cannot begin to tell you about how poorly our new home is built. They will cut every corner possible. They do not honor their warranty. Case in point, we found our kitchen sink was leaking this morning. The cabinet and flooring was damaged. There warranty manager came to our home hand tightened the leaking section of our sink and then declared the problem resolved. No mention of how they are going to fix the water damage to the cabinet and flooring. We built both our homes with them. The first one was a great experience. The second one wasn't. The process of building it was fine, however once it was built dealing with them for warranty issues has been awful. Grout in my shower coming up and them being out many times to fix and still to this day 2 years later grout just comes loose and has been a night mare which I gave up even having them do anything with it. The house came with a 2 year warranty and I had cracks in the drywall that needed fixed so I scheduled it and they came out and did it.
