Best decision we ever made was to call James Miller and Wren Swiney. Had a listing we thought would be off the market ASAP. James had us a showing in less than 10 minutes, along the lines of “I’m in town want to meet there?”. He knows the whole house and the history of the building like he designed it. We leave and go to secure financing- he has a list of people and what they specialize in. At this Point, the wife and I are sure we will never get it. James keeps in touch- and is realistic. He kept us informed in the buying process and was very patient with questions we had. On 12/1 we made an offer. We closed in less than 2 weeks.
