As a first-timer (bucket list: checked ✅), I felt safe, welcome, and encouraged every step of the way. Marie and Grace were warm, professional, and clearly know their horses well - and the horses were calm and steady and seemed well cared for. The trail was a nice mix of quiet stretches and interesting moments, with just enough narration. We highly recommend Ashley Moore's for anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly ride in a beautiful setting. We’re glad we went - and we’d absolutely go again!

Best decision we ever made was to call James Miller and Wren Swiney. Had a listing we thought would be off the market ASAP. James had us a showing in less than 10 minutes, along the lines of “I’m in town want to meet there?”. He knows the whole house and the history of the building like he designed it. We leave and go to secure financing- he has a list of people and what they specialize in. At this Point, the wife and I are sure we will never get it. James keeps in touch- and is realistic. He kept us informed in the buying process and was very patient with questions we had. On 12/1 we made an offer. We closed in less than 2 weeks. Not one call or email went unanswered. I think as a young homebuyer I was blown away because I use the web for most of my research- The Miller Realty co is the best group in Northeast Ohio, Period. Getting to meet the seller, James was our advocate- and when we countered the initial request we were sure we’d be out of luck. Well 110+ years of realty must mean something because he had us ready with keys shortly after, and directed us to local insurance providers like Watkins-Keyerleber and Crawford who do amazing work. Wren and James were able to use electronic signatures and STILL went line-by-line for any questions we had. I felt like I learned a lot from them and I cannot thank the people who make this place run enough. I definitely will send my friends and Family here for the deep understanding of this area, matched by no one else I’ve ever spoken with.

Had S&K construction put a metal roof on our house last year and quite pleased with the results. I waited a year to see how it wintered and it withstood all of the snow we got with no leaks or problems. It took two days because we discovered five layers of shingles on the north side. The crew was great and they even came back in a rain storm to finish the clean up. This year my son's house lost some shingles in a storm so we decided to reroof that one also. The shingles were old and brittle. Total tear off and new roof in one day. Again, clean up was great with no debris left behind. Also replaced all gutters and added gutter guards. Very happy with both jobs and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend! Shout out to Harry, Glenn and their crews. Great job guys!

Steve Graham did our business payroll and business and personal taxes up until we sold last year and we continue to use him for our personal taxes. He keeps up on the ever changing laws and always has good solid tax advice!We would definitely recommend this company!
