Lovely staff, and very nice ladies that work there. I told them that my cousin is deaf and so is his Fiance. The lady assured me that she would write stuff down or have a phone or tablet to communicate with my cousin and his fiance. The next time I was in the store she did write down information for them. Thank you for everything. Also for helping out with the deaf community.
This is my third summer with our above ground pool purchased from Ratliff Pool. I've had great service and Tracy has quickly become my BFF in all things pool related.
