Was there for the purpose of overnighting in their Terraport and taking the factory tour. I didn't need any service, but while there I had a couple questions and received excellent help from one of the service guys (Tanner). He went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. I also purchased a few items in the store adjacent to the service lobby. The prices were very reasonable. By the way... the factory tour is really good.
Fabulous tour especially the Trailer Factory. Very well presented and patking is easy. Get tickets ahead of time because they sell out. Then lunch at the In Between was a nice touch
