“The first time I went, the lady was rude and didn't listen to how I wanted my acrylic nails really short but pretty so i could actually function with my hands. She didn't speak in English except when she was telling me how I should have them done. Then, after that, she would talk in Korean (I think) to other workers, and it just seemed like she was irritated with me. They were uneven, too. My daughter also just got her natural nails painted with gel polish, and the polish peeled off within a few days. But the 2nd time I went, I had a different lady who talked to me the whole time and was very nice and did then exactly how I wanted them! That's the only reason for the 4 ? is because of the 2nd experience, and she even gave me a discount. I made sure to tip her good! She was kind, took her time, and made sure they were done how I wanted them. The picture is from the 2nd trip where I was satisfied. They have grown out a bit since they were done, but I think they still look great!!”
