I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Hudson John Roberts and working with Gia, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a clean and modern vibe.
Gia took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offering thoughtful suggestions and advice based on my hair type and face shape. I appreciated how knowledgeable and professional she was throughout the entire process. I am an avid client of Sandy’s in Willoughby , I ended up having to move an appointment and Gigi in Hudson was able to take me last minute. What a find!! Gigi in Hudson EXCEEDED my expectations. Never had seen me prior, she knew exactly what to do. She is warm and compassionate, so easy to talk to and made me feel very welcome. My color is PERFECT! And the hair wash…. Just wow! She is an expert! I felt like I was at a head spa!! Her blow out was also so thorough… not a hair was out of place and it was totally dried and ready for me to walk out.
Gigi made me feel so valued. She is a true asset to your John Robert’s team. I will be back.
I recently visited John Robert’s Spa in Hudson and had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Caitlin for a second time. Although Caitlin is newer, she is exceptional. She took her time to listen carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the amount of hair she planned to trim. Her attention to detail is unmatched- was meticulous during the cut and styled my hair with a perfect blowout.
Caitlin made sure the experience was both relaxing and thorough. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed during my appointment.
