Howard Hanna, Hudson, is an adequate provider of real estate services. We have bought and sold several houses over the years in various locations. In the past we have used several different real estate service providers. I would rank Howard Hanna, Hudson, somewhere in the middle of the pack. They know the local real estate market well (most real estate companies do) and were attentive and responsive during the process. They are not strong negotiators.
