I was concerned about incontinence after prostrate cancer surgery.
Janine at Healthy Core Wellness & Rehab was very knowledgable about working through this problem and putting me on a course of realigning and strengthening my core to alleviate any problems.
Three years ago, after having four children, I was walking up my staircase and it felt like a ball dropped and was falling out of my body. It was scary and so uncomfortable. I felt like I couldn’t do anything. I called a doctor and they told me I had prolapse and that I may need surgery. I then looked for an alternate solution and found Janine at healthy core! She has been amazing! She helped me heal and repair my body so I did not need surgery. I learned how to lift properly and she gave me exercises so I can work toward running again.
