Great Company! Good communication and perfect product. Running an Independent and Assisted living community with almost 200 apartments isn’t easy. Then the carpet machine goes down 3 times in 6 months. Carpet Pros stepped in and went above and beyond! It was a pleasure working with everyone in company Mike M., Jack and Tim were very mindful of our residents and detailed it there cleaning. Even going back over areas that the residents caused during the drying process. They all four floors of our 2 section Independent living and 3 floor of our Assisted living in 3 days. We use CarpetPro at the apartment complex where I work and they are ALWAYS professional and able to tackle any problem we throw their way. Their scheduling department is always working with us in the office to ensure the apartments are ready in time for our future residents. Overall, just a great company to work with!
