There are a lot of companies that have the technical expertise to repair or replace your HVAC unit. It is another thing entirely to come across a company that is morally and ethically bound to tell you truth and will not try to see how much money they can squeeze out of you. The first estimate I received was over $5,000 to repair and over $14,000 to replace my HVAC unit. I was also told it was unsafe to run the furnace (carbon monoxide issue) with winter coming. Jared came out for a second opinion and the total costs for repair were under $1,000. Turns out that there was no carbon monoxide issue—this was a scare tactic to get me spend more money. Very professional! I called for an emergency air conditioner service and the delivered. Shout out to Ed who went above and beyond. He cared enough to come back later and make sure everything was running smoothly. Definitely would recommend! Plus I love that they are local.

In February I was having trouble with my furnace. It was cold and we needed help. I called Bernard Heating and Cooling to see what they could do to fix the problem. They sent a service tech that same day. The furnace was old and needed replaced . The service tech did a temporary fix to get us through until they could get us the furnace we needed. They were able to come out with a new furnace the next day.!
The service techs that came to install the furnace really knew what they were doing. They had the old furnace out and the new one in in just a few hours. I would highly recommend Bernard Heating and Cooling to anyone who has heating or cooling needs
