I just want to say that the tech that came to my house today, Logan, went above and beyond to get my furnace running again.
He was super thorough diagnosing the problem.5 stars service!

They were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were reasonably priced. I'm new to gas heating. Ed answered all my many questions, and I feel safe and comfortable. Thank you for your excellent service. I bought a house and general inspector didn't check gas furnace other than it turned on and didn't check gas heaters at all. Combo furnace/AC needed quite a bit of adjusting - it had been set up incorrectly. Two heaters hadn't been used in years. Ed got both working and made sure they were safe. Couldn't be happier.

There are a lot of companies that have the technical expertise to repair or replace your HVAC unit. It is another thing entirely to come across a company that is morally and ethically bound to tell you truth and will not try to see how much money they can squeeze out of you. The first estimate I received was over $5,000 to repair and over $14,000 to replace my HVAC unit. I was also told it was unsafe to run the furnace (carbon monoxide issue) with winter coming. Jared came out for a second opinion and the total costs for repair were under $1,000. Turns out that there was no carbon monoxide issue—this was a scare tactic to get me spend more money.
