There are a lot of companies that have the technical expertise to repair or replace your HVAC unit. It is another thing entirely to come across a company that is morally and ethically bound to tell you truth and will not try to see how much money they can squeeze out of you. The first estimate I received was over $5,000 to repair and over $14,000 to replace my HVAC unit. I was also told it was unsafe to run the furnace (carbon monoxide issue) with winter coming. Jared came out for a second opinion and the total costs for repair were under $1,000. Turns out that there was no carbon monoxide issue—this was a scare tactic to get me spend more money. Moral of my story? Always get multiple opinions and estimates and find a HVAC company that you can trust. Bernard Heating & Cooling is that for me. Thank you, Jared.
