Everyone here is very helpful and friendly. EXCEPT for the old lady that works here. All she does is GOSSIP and comes off like a miserable person. Hopefully she will quit soon. Stephen and Que are awesome!
The doctors are amazing here. They are so helpful and kind. The opticians are nice and helpful. They also took my vision insurance so that was a bonus. I ordered my contacts through them, but did not receive my glasses through there so I cannot attest to that but I will say there is a huge selection of frames.
Dr Wells is absolutely the BEST optometrist I have ever in my lifetime encountered he is incredibly kind professional patient compassionate detailed experienced intelligent and caring and there is something much greater to be had when the level of care is this incredibly comforting having an actual doctor in person takes the entire examination to an completely different level of detail and individual vision needs than the random tele appointments on screens (I recently had a horrible experience with the tele vision assessment people at a different company and I will never put my children my husband or myself through anything like that ever again) from the moment I first...read full review
