“I have been taking my 2 Yorkies there for 11 years. They accommodate to have 2 groomers working on my fur babies at the same time so they are in and out together. The owner Debbie is ALWAYS there and gives 100% care and attention to our babies. The groomer operators are amazing as well, and treat our puppies as there own. I drive from Vandalia to Kettering to this establishment, just because I have 100% trust in them..“

It was my dogs first time there so she came out sat down with her and really took the time to put my dog at ease. Tina asked lots of questions and made sure she understood what kind of cut & what length. She did a great job! “Great experience at the Centerville location self-wash service! My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.“
