I went to Optical Fashions in Huber Heights today. From when I called to make the appointment to ordering my new glasses I experienced nothing but friendly, professional and helpful staff!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Poor selection of glasses. Took 7 1/2 weeks for glasses to come in, and one lense was a transition lense, and one was not. Took them back, and they said two weeks to fix, I'm skeptical about the two weeks.

Ok so I saw a heap of low ratings and talking about rude staff.I don't think it's the actual on site staff but the call service they use for all their locations. A call center. The woman I spoke to was rude, short tempered and sarcastic.I was just trying to make an appointment lady. IT'S NOT my fault that the website y'all use isn't up to date. Cause the website told me that one of the locations had moved (the location I go to) and she started giving me that locale as the place to go and I politely told her the website said that location closed and merged with a different one.She proceeded to be condescending toward me in tone and word.
