I’ve used the McCanes 3 times to clean carpeting, both in my home and very large area carpet/rugs that they had to take with them due to the underlying flooring being hardwood. They arrive on time, returned the carpets before promised (about two days). They actually “saved” a large heavy area carpet that I thought I was going to have to replace because of the dirt I had unknowingly tracked on it.
