First time going here yesterday for a last minute pedicure and acrylic nail set. The place was clean and beautiful. I was immediately greeted and within minutes was in the chair for my pedicure. The nail techs name was Mindy and she was wonderful. She made sure to explain and ask me if I was happy with the colors, shape and pedicure experience. I will definitely be returning!
I’ve been to Luminous multiple times. All great experiences! One time my nails messed up- simply messaged them & they fixed it. They trust and believe in their business and make sure to make it right. Mya is my girl! She jokes around & is like hanging out with your bestie while getting your nails done. I was in last night and W O W. Major shoutout to Mya!!! Amazing!! An extremely rude, disrespectful customer decided to not paid for some of her services. Mya handed it like a BOSS. She was so professional & respectful even though the women was down right WRONG! Yes, older men need professional, regular foot care. That's my demographic, sue me ! This place is just fantastic! They greeted me right away and had a very nice, easy to use, digital check-in. All you need to do is enter your phone number. Lily did an unbelievable job with my pedicure. Terrific foot massage, the works. I was looking for a new place with great customer service and skilled nail techs. The decor is wonderful and the Christmas decorations make it even more special. The people are lovely and easy going.
