“Wow! I'm so lucky to have gotten to spend some time with Shannon from Ohio Valley Hypnosis this weekend and see her present at the World Hypnosis Summit in San Diego. She lovingly guided me and gave me some tools to help heal my asthma attacks. She is very knowledgable and kind, she makes me feel comfortable and safe immediately. Thank you so much!”
“Took the yoga nidra and sound healing class led by Mike. It was very peaceful with clear and well thought prompts. Mike has a soothing voice and grounding presence with a warm smile. His embodied presence is very healing for my nervous system, which is rare these days in men that lead. I highly recommend this class, especially for those that struggle to feel safe. I felt very safe here. Thank you.”
“All of my personal best yoga experiences happen here due to the amazing teachers/yogis”
