I’ve been going to Steven’s Optical for years and they are amazing. They give a very thorough exam. They have a huge selection of frames, the staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
Although I haven’t personally visited Steven’s Optical, my experience with Steven himself was exceptional. I had an eye injury on a Saturday morning and called multiple places trying to find out if I needed to go to the emergency department. Most offices were closed, but Steven’s Optical was open, so I decided to call. Steven answered the phone personally and, while he couldn’t legally offer medical advice, he kindly took the time to share the names of local eye doctors and urgent care centers that could help. I have been thrilled with my new glasses since this past fall. I had a thorough eye exam and was also impressed with the helpful staff. Steven is professional and knowledgeable in explaining your options in eye wear. Now I can enjoy reading books and looking at the computer screen without having tired or strained eyes.
