My wife came home from an early morning errand and we found that our garage door wouldn't go up. Seemed crooked. Called a well know garage Co. And there was a wait and a $115 service call. Looked around on Google and found Brand Garage door right here in Hubbard. Gave him a call. Was there in 15 min. Found a broken spring gave us a fair price and was done within the hour. When we moved in, our garage door had a hole in it so you could access the locking mechanism. The previous owners locked themselves out. Then the chain broke so we had to make another hole to get the chain. It was UNDESIRABLE!!I googled garage door installations and Brand was one of three companies we consulted. I will say this about Brand…John’s customer service is what sold me. Excellent customer service, very helpful and the price was just right!! I cannot recommend Brand Garage Doors enough! We are very pleased with our new garage door!! It’s beautiful and I never thought I would love a garage door but here I am!
