This past Saturday, I booked an appointment to have my grandmas hair & make up done. Laura was so helpful getting us booked the day prior and explaining the services fully. Upon arrival we were greeted & seated right away with Keerstine (I may not have spelled it correctly). She made my grandmas vision come to life & my very picky grandma who only allows my mother to touch her hair, fell IN LOVE! We then went over to Jill for makeup and she took care of her just as she would her own grandma. The staff knew she was going to a surprise party that afternoon. I firmly believe that they take care of each client with care no matter the occasion. My grandma looked at herself about 100 times on our 5 minute drive to her party. She felt beautiful & it showed on her smile. I haven’t seen her smile that much in a long time. Thank you to everyone involved. She will be back!!

After a lot of consideration and internal debate, I had my lashed lifted and tinted a couple months ago and it did not turn out well. The staff member was really nice and explained things very well, it just did not look good as an end result. A couple days later, I received a routine fb message asking how my experience was. I wasn't going to respond, but I did. I explained that although the place was beautiful, the staff member was nice, and explained things to me as we went along, I was not satisfied with the results. Jill offered that I come back (after a few weeks so its not done too close to the previous time) and have it redone for no charge. I was hesitant but decided to try it again and saw Aidyn. She did amazing! My lashes are curled and tinted and look awesome, and now I dont have to curl my eyelashes or wear makeup everyday!! I am super happy with her work and would love to use her again in the future! Thank you for having great customer service!

I got my hair washed, cut, and styled and it was an amazing experience!!! Everyone was super nice, the space was beautiful, and I loved the results. I had Lauren Youtsey and she was so nice and friendly!!! I definitely recommend 10/10 😊
