I was caught in an extremely frustrating position between at&t and samsung. Jeff took the time to attempt to fix my flip 6. Unfortunately it was unfixable. I came back into the store and with his help contacted samsung, set up further arrangements to fix my phone and helped get a previous phone in working order for me in the meantime! I appreciated his patience and assistance. Great customer service! Ill be back soon to get another deviced repaired!

I had an issue with lights of my phone flashing. I walked in there, Jeff was great and showed me what it was. A simple setting. When I have something that is broken, that will be the first place I go to. Thanks, Jeff!
