We needed an inspection per the fire marshal and needed it quick. We called around and Koorsen was the only company that actually answered with a real person and was able to come out within the week. Scott and Dustin were very knowledgeable on what they were looking at and gave us trustable advice on what needed repaired. Knowledge and price will keep us with Koorsen.
Two gentlemen came out for an issue with my fire alarm. Steve and Justin I think their names were. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, very professional, very knowledgeable and promptly resolved the issue. They made a point to check in with me every step of the way and explain what was going on and how they fixed the issue. Koorsen was not my normal fire alarm company, but we will definitely be switching to them when our contract is up! Thank you!
