My sump pump burned out in the middle of the night. Frank answered on the first ring as soon as they opened in the morning and kept me updated on when someone would be sent to the house. Frank was upfront and reasonable with the pricing. Jose arrived on time and had everything replaced in a timely manner. Jose was polite, professional, and answered all my questions with the upmost confidence. 10/10 would recommend to any and all of my family / friends.

We had the best experience working with On-Call as they excavated and waterproofed a main wall in our basement. Frank was transparent throughout the entire process and answered every question that we had. They provided a detailed description of the work they were going to complete within the estimate and everything was completed as promised. Every crew member was courteous and very hard working and everything was cleaned up perfectly to make it look like they were never there. They have been one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. I highly recommend Frank and his crew!

In my many years of having to contact companies for all types of home repair I can honestly say that the experience I had with On Call Waterproofing exceeded all the others. They came out to review what needed to be done to correct my water issues and explained everything to me and the quote provided matched what they said they would do. The work was completed on time as promised and I no longer have water backing up into my heating ducts. I would not hesitate to call on them again or refer friends and family their way. Excellent company, professional and solid.
