We had our basement waterproofed in 2022 & haven’t had an issue since! The project was done quickly (in about 2 days) but very well. I used to dread the cleaning that was needed after every storm, but we don’t have to worry about that anymore! Highly recommend!

Frank was the only one of all the companies I talked to who looked at addressing the problem and not just quoting services. This was incredibly helpful and out my mind at ease since I didn’t really understand how drainage works. He walked through the potential causes and recommended talking to the city first. It ended up being an issue on the city’s side that once repairs were completed - the issue went away. Frank was very helpful through the entire process and even though his services were not needed - he provided his expertise and experience to find the right solution. To me - this is one of the most important traits when working with a company on home repairs. Thank you! And I will recommend On Call Waterproofing to everyone I know

Knowledgeable and friendly group of guys that came out to do the work on our house! Answered so many questions for me and did an amazing amount of work in only 2 days!! I would totally recommend this company they were great!!
