From Layla in the office scheduling Faxin to come out and diagnose the problem to Jacob coming out and selling us a new system to Cory, Cody, and Troy turning a 3 install into a 2 day install, I would say we are highly satisfied. Everything looks great. The guys were all very friendly and professional and thoroughly knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had.

I can't say enough good about my interaction with David. It was excellent, he was on time, clean, well mannered, lots of knowledge!! All good A+++Drew came for the follow up and he gave me several options. All good, friendly, knowledgeable,quick! All good A+++

Shafer Heating & Cooling just installed a heat pump and gas furnace system for me. I highly recommend them as Robert and Dylan did an amazing job! They were very knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous! They did an outstanding job!
