We had just learned that the window to our infant's room was poorly sealed so things like cigarette smoke and fumes from a neighbor's old diesel truck were actually seeping through! We called Window City Pros the day we found out and they sent Brian the next day for a free estimate! He outlined the process and took time to answer our questions. It was an excellent presentation and he was not pushy at all. WCP even prioritized sooner installation for us due to the hazardous circumstances.
