So I got my hair dyed for the first time and Marrissa was absolutely fantastic in helping me figure out what shade and tone type of dye that I wanted and what would be good for my hair for my haunted house job, she made it cozy and comfortable and helped educate me on how to take care of it so I don't ruin it immediately, would definitely recommend her if your looking to get you hair dyed 😊 silly me for not taking the pictures immediately but these are pictures of my hair after the haunt, so you can see it still looks good after getting make up and sweaty and beaten, thank you again to Ulta and Marrissa for making this an easy, fun and welcoming process, will come...read full review
Back in December 2024 a employee helped me find a eyeliner that I couldn’t recall the name of but was recommended by it by another Ulta employee and she took the time to find the exact eyeliner pencil and thats rare nowadays so I appreciate that kindness so so much Thank you guys!
I am not someone who frequently buys makeup. In fact, I haven’t bought any since I was married five years ago. I had to buy some makeup for a wedding that I am in and was completely out of my element when it came to making a selection. Their sales representative, Shy, was absolutely amazing. She was able to explain the differences between products and help me select something within my comfort zone without making me feel like I would be looking like a walking disaster with a product I was unfamiliar with. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience. If and when I need more products, I will absolutely go back.
