Patients also mention feeling well cared for and grateful for the friendly service, especially when they needed urgent vaccinations or COVID boosters. Overall, The Little Clinic is seen as a reliable and compassionate healthcare choice within the community, even though some concerns about wait times and appointment scheduling have been noted.
I had a positive healthcare experience with a friendly provider who addressed my issue and demonstrated excellent communication skills. The facility was cleanly and visit had little wasted time. I’d recommend it to others over smaller urgent care clinics.
Everyone I encountered from check in to meeting the PA and the Doctor on duty were so nice, professional and friendly. A smooth process that went quickly. The building is state of the art and even has a fab Wellness center on the first floor.
