I have been a SPENGA member for over 5 years and I still look forward to each class! I love the variety between spin, strength, and yoga, and the instructors always keep it fresh and fun.

I tried out a free class at Spenga and I loved it! The 60 min workout was challenging yet beneficial. We started out 20 mins on the bike for spin, 20 mins on the workout floor for a full body workout, 20 mins of yoga! The vibes were great here, the front desk was so nice and helpful along with our instructor Carly! My friend and I enjoyed our first workout here and can’t wait to comeback! Thank you Hilliard Spenga!

First time at the class and the instructor was great, explaining how class worked and helping me set up my bike before class. I loved the set up, 20 mins of spin, 20 of strength, and 20 of yoga. It felt like the perfect mix! Loved it
