Spenga is a hard workout, but it’s a fun and upbeat atmosphere. It is a very welcoming environment. Everyone is supportive of each other and you get recognized for milestones or even personal achievements, no matter how big or small. Spenga does extra events and challenges throughout the year to push you even harder. They also value what you do outside of the gym and often have social gatherings, which gives people an opportunity to get to know one another and build great friendships outside of the gym. Great place to get a good workout and have fun while doing it!
