I was in a car accident and came here at 8:24. Even though it says that they are open until 9pm, they said they take their last patient at 8:20 and said they could not see me. They must do this all of time because they had directions printed out to the next nearest Urgent Care. If you take your last patient at 8:20 then say you’re open until then. I’m in a lot of pain and it was urgent and they turned me away. Shame on them.
This place does not staff doctors. Last few times I’ve been it was only PA’ s I saw. They advertise that you can see a doctor when you schedule an appointment, but they don’t even have one in the clinic. The staff is really nice, but every time I go in, I expect to see a real doctor.
I have not visited this location a single time and been seen. I made an appointment today for flu symptoms and they told me to go to the ER. The front desk people are not medical professionals, so they just "relay" whatever the professionals say. Yet the professionals refuse to see you if they do not feel it is worth their time. Fantastic service to diagnose issues based on a few notes made by someone who is not a medical professional
