Ting has completely changed my experience getting my nails done! They never used to last longer than 1.5 weeks and I’ve been able to enjoy them for almost 3. So impressed with everything about this place- the service and the skill

Pedicure was fine, but the chairs are horribly uncomfortable and at a very weird angle. Also charged $5 to remove old gel, even though I was already paying the upcharge to get gel again. I’ve never paid that anywhere else.

This review is long overdue! I have been going to Nailbox ever since they opened. After the first visit, I knew I'd be back! After going to so so sooo many other nail places around Columbus, I was thrilled to finally have a salon and artist that I felt great about going to regularly. A few months ago I moved away but I still come back to Nailbox anytime I am home. I don't trust anywhere else to do my nails as well as they do! I have yet to find any other salon I have been as happy with. I have gotten acrylic, dip, and gel manicures as well as regular and gel pedicures here and each and every time I am so happy with the results.
