GOT 3 PAIRS OF GLASSES AND I LOVE THEM ALL!! THIS PLACE HAS SO MANY FRAMES TO CHOOSE FROM. I RECEIVED ONE PAIR DUE TO MY INSURANCE, HOWEVER I ENDED UP BUYING 1 PAIR AND GETTING ANOTHER FREE!!!
THE STAFF IS AWESOME AND VERY WARM AND WELCOMING!!!
ALSO THE OFFICE IS VERY CLEAN

I’ve purchased eyeglasses and have had two examinations at this location and both experiences were excellent!! Glasses were ready ahead of promised time and customer service was excellent! Sales staff is extremely friendly and takes pride in their business. I recommend this business, especially the Hilliard location!!
I wanted to share my update. I recently posted, but deleted it as the owner reached out immediately. And sent me back to the store to fix my issues. Denise was fantastic!! She took time to listen about my concerns and immediately took care of the problem!! Honestly this is exactly how a business should be. Very happy, my opinion was heard and taken care of promptly. I will highly recommend Hilliard Eyemart Express to all of my family and friends!
