The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, taking the time to listen to concerns and provide the best care. The clinic also boasts beautiful landscaping outside, adding to its inviting atmosphere, where pets feel comfortable and loved.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about East Hilliard Veterinary Services. Their entire team has provided exceptional care to all of our pets over the years — from routine visits for our two cats, Hank and Oliver, to more complex procedures like dental work and tooth extractions. They were also incredible with our dog, Cooper, providing compassionate and thorough care throughout his life and in his final weeks. We’ve been bringing our pets to Dr. Chris for almost 10 years, and she has been nothing short of exceptional. Every interaction with her is warm, professional, and reassuring. She is highly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate. Several years ago, our cat developed severe constipation issues that other veterinarians repeatedly treated with anesthesia and multiple medications—none of which solved the underlying problem and only caused her more stress. Dr. Chris cared for our four rabbits over the years- from ‘10 to ‘21. AMAZING, kind, compassionate, realistic. 10/10 would recommend for rabbit care :) She is amazing with our cats as well (of course) Much love from the Smith sisters :)
Services are wonderful- shout out to techs and front desk folks. They also have the best decorations and are located in a relaxed part of town.
