I live in a redwood community and show up when they want to cut the grass haven't been cut in 2 weeks looks terrible. worst company

Our HOA in Mason OH has used this company for 3 years and this year they just suddenly stopped showing up, wouldn't answer our emails or phone calls...and completely stopped mowing our community's grass with no notice. It was a complete disaster as they weren't professional enough to at least tell us they weren't going to honor our contract. We have now discovered that even after bailing on our HOA's contract this year, they probably have not been properly fertilizing our community for the past few years either even though we paid them a lot of money to do so. The weeds in our grass areas are absolutely out of control which doesn't happen overnight so our assumption is that they have not fertilized for at least 1-2 years. So frustrating! And their snow removal this past winter was just awful too. They would show up 3-5 times to plow just the tiniest bit of snow and charge us thousands of dollars even though we were very clear with them our minimum snow tolerances. I will warn you now...not to work with this company.
