Randy was able to quickly get in to get the inspection done. He was on time (actually early) and was detailed and thorough in his inspection. He was pleasant to work with and made sure I understood everything. He addressed all questions/concerns and if he did not have an answer he made that clear and told me how to find out who to contact. The inspection report was received in a timely manner with photos and notes on all issues. He also provided additional material on proper home maintenance. I highly recommend!
