These people can not efile and they will not tell you that either. If we would have known this last year we would have not used them and they never told us this either. We ended up finding out on our own through the irs. I would not recommend them because of this.

Not informed of inability to e-file or that we needed to mail in forms to IRS. We could have missed the 4/15 deadline had we not investigated

I went there and paid for services for taxes last year. I checked them all correct but she messed up my son's ss number. I spent a year waiting for my taxes. IRS had to fix them. Well that messed up any stimulus for my son and it is still affecting my child tax credit. She put my daughter on there twice. I have had to waste hrs of time dealing with IRS and get a tax advocate. The IRS told me she was too incompetent to do taxes any longer by the looks of everything. Don't waste your time or money going there. They also never return calls or answer phones after tax day. That was a huge waste of money I never got back and still a year later trying to correct.
