I have been with Underwood Animal Hospital/Heath Veterinary Clinic for 30 years & that alone should speak for itself. With that being said, the highlight vets have been with Dr. Underwood and Dr Gilbert! The staff have ALWAYS been friendly, kind and compassionate. I highly value their services and am forever grateful for their loving ways to my (furry) children!
Such an incredibly kind and caring Team. I've trusted them with managing my cat, Citrus' chronic health condition for years,.and they approach every interaction with the utmost warmth, empathy and compassion. So incredibly grateful to you all.
I am very grateful for the staff here. We have had a very tough time with our nervous dog's nails. The staff who answered the phone to schedule were compassionate and took time to find a solution for us. We were previously told by other groomers that our dog would have to be sedated for any nail procedures. Today she was taken care of in a kind and professional manner. No sedation needed. Thanks to everyone here for making such a difference for us and doing so at a reasonable cost. We will definitely return.
