Josh came out had my air up and running in no time. No pressured sale pitch and l love this!!!! Very professional honest straight to the point as l requested very informative. To me the service you receive is just as important as the repair. Great customer service and l will continue to use them and of course request Josh.
Called Performance after my A/C went out on a 95 degree day. They came out on the time specified the next day. Teresa was the tech and promptly found the problem and made the repairs. She was very professional and polite and respected my home and property. I would highly recommend Performance for your Heating and Cooling needs.
I had them come out for a second opinion after another company gave me a diagnostic that didn't seem right, the previous company told me I had a bad heating element and bad limit switch and wanted $2,100 to repair. Performance came out and it was two missing screws on my blower, it shifted out of place. $75 service call was all and they fixed it. They saved me $2,000 for being honest, and for being honest they gained a customer for life and unlimited referrals, I will never call another company even if they're closed after hours I would rather wait until next day to call Performance.
