I went and had a great experience a girl mylee checked me out she was very nice even when there was a someone that wasn’t patient and she still smiled she did a great job with helping the person i think was new to working there she did a great job and kept a smile
We all, well most of us, know JCP. The store to purchase clothes, shoes, household goods and gifts. That being said and this being the ultimate gift buying season, why does this store; have 0ne POS open with people standing in long lines; close at 7pm (6pm on Sunday) and have associates standing around waiting for a customer to come to them? Any interaction has to be initiated by the customer, why?
I stood in a long line for several minutes while a single cashier handled customers. There were other employees standing around the store, awkwardly just staring at us in line. I’m not the type of customer to complain—I’m very laid-back and patient because I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and I understand we’re all human.
