Mr. Falcone bought a rug from baseer oriental rugs, hold it for over 30 days. Then asking for return way beyond our policy, I don't think they know how business runs, if I could to give 0 star.
Sometimes it's best to talk with customers which i did and solve our deference, Micheal was a gentleman and easy to work it, looking forward for more business.

Michael is an enthusiast and professional. It's always a pleasure dealing with him, and his passion for his craft shows. For the work and rarity of the pieces, the prices are very fair. They go for much more on chairish and online boutiques. So surprised to see how much furniture he has given the shortage happening right now! This place is a best kept secret.
