Treatment area was very clean and comfortable. Elise went through how and what she would be doing to the areas I was concerned with. Because this was my first time, I was a little more conservative with the treatment and Elise was very understanding. She followed up with me a couple weeks after to see how everything was settling in, and if I was happy with my results. This was a great experience and I would recommend Elise, 10/10.
